We are an independent online service and not a government website. We submit your order to the official toll/vignette operator on your behalf. A service/processing fee applies in addition to the official toll fee.
This Agreement governs the services provided by TechnoDucks Inc, operating via the website https://smart-balance.by (the “Website”).
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of serviceWith your authorization, we transmit the required data (license plate, country of registration, chosen country, validity and start date, e-mail) to the official vignette operator of the selected country.
After successful submission, a confirmation is delivered to you by e-mail. Typical processing time: 1–5 minutes (up to 2 hours in peak periods). No physical delivery
Pricing and fee disclosure (no hidden charges)
Before payment, we clearly show:
- the **vignette price** (set by the country’s operator)
- our **service fee** (for technical processing and customer support), and
- the **total to pay** (sum of the above)
We do not run subscriptions, trials, or auto-renewals. One-time payment per order
Ordering & your responsibilitiesYou must provide accurate data (license plate, country, validity, start date, e-mail). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the toll rules of the country you select (vehicle category, required vignette type, timing, exemptions)
PaymentsPayments are processed by certified payment providers. We do not store card details. Currency, taxes/VAT (if applicable), and the total price are displayed before payment
Delivery & activationYour vignette is issued digitally by the official operator. We will send the confirmation to your e-mail once the operator accepts the order. The start date can be “today” or a future date (as permitted by the country’s rules)
Cancellations, corrections & refunds (digital services)
Because this is a digital service, refunds may be limited once processing starts
- Before submission to the official operator: we can cancel on request; the service fee may be non-refundable if processing has started
- After submission to the official operator: cancellations/corrections are possible only if allowed under the relevant operator’s rules. We will assist you in submitting such a request where applicable.
How to request a change/cancellation: e-mail info@smart-balance.by with your order ID as soon as possible.
Acceptable useYou may not misuse the Website (e.g., submit false data, attempt fraud, interfere with systems, crawl or scrape without permission). We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected abuse or policy violations.
Intellectual propertyAll Website content (text, design, trademarks, logos, code) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the Website for its intended purpose only.
Privacy & cookiesPersonal data are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. In the EEA/UK/CH we use a consent banner (CMP); analytics/marketing tags load only after consent and respect Google Consent Mode. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie information.
Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on the Website with the effective date shown above
