This Privacy Policy explains how TechnoDucks Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use https://smart-balance.by (the “Website”) to purchase digital road vignettes.

Data we process
Order data: 
vehicle license plate, country of registration, selected country, vignette validity and start date, product type, price, currency, order ID.

Payments:
processed by certified payment providers; we do not store card details (we receive status/tokens/transaction IDs only).

Technical & analytics:
IP address, device/browser info, event logs and UTM parameters, cookies/identifiers (see “Cookies, consent & Consent Mode”).

Support communications:
tickets, complaints, and rights requests.

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)):
process your order and send e-mail confirmation

Official vignette operators (by selected country): 
we submit only necessary data (plate, country, validity/start date, e-mail) to issue the digital vignette.

receive pseudonymous data only after your consent in the EEA/UK/CH
Service providers (processors):
hosting, e-mail delivery, anti-fraud, ticketing—bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/CH, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and technical/organizational measures. Details are available upon request.

Retention
Orders & confirmations:

Support tickets:

What cookies are

• Google Ads / attribution: _gcl_au and conversion tags (store ad click info to measure conversions). Retention: up to 90 days.
• Site preferences (first-party): e.g., language or cookie-banner state. Retention: up to 12 months.

Third-party recipients and transfers
Where you consent, limited data may be shared with our measurement and advertising partners (e.g., Google Ireland Limited for Analytics and Ads). Some processing may involve transfers outside the EEA; in such cases, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
